Duration: Long term with 3 month probation period

Saege Consultants is looking to hire an individual who will take the role of Event Management Executive, and will join the Saege team. The incumbent will be in charge of managing and organizing wide range of events, which include but are not limited to conferences, festivals, trainings, exhibitions/fairs, product launches, fundraising and social events.

Job Responsibilities

-Plan, organize and manage various kinds of events

-Negotiate with customers and providers, coordinate the event venue hire, equipment, caterers and other relevant activities for Saege events

-Prepare, agree and manage the event budget

– Assist the team in their daily activities

-Research and identify any opportunities for events

-Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently;

-Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders).

Required qualifications

–       Masters’ Degree in Management Marketing, Journalism, Social Sciences or other relevant field, education in a western university is an advantage

–       At least 2 years of experience in the area of event management and/or PR, Communications

–       Proven track record of event organization and management

–       Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English, knowledge of Russian or any other language is an advantage

–       A team player

–       Excellent communication and negotiation skills

–       Ability to work under pressure, multitask and work in various settings

–       Ability and willingness to travel both locally and internationally
